I bet you know Dora. She runs with several other running groups. One of these days we have plan a big group run with our combined chapters!

  2. Great list. We are looking into a group run for National Running Day. I prefer to run early in the morning but that is when the Mrs. runs so I run at night most of the time. Dinner tonight is whatever is in the table lol.

Your comment tells me that you have young children and you have to stagger your runs so one of you is home with them. My hubby and I had to do that for years, but now our kids are grown and we can run together!

  3. Amy says:

Yay for National Running Day! I will probably go out on one last trail run before my race on Friday!

  4. I think I’ll probably get out there for a couple of miles tomorrow. It’ll be my first run since Tough Mudder on Saturday so we’ll see how that goes. LOL

Sadly I won’t be running on National Running Day. I’d love to ride my bike outside to honour it, but it’s supposed to be a monsoon here tomorrow!
