I woke up this morning at 5:15 to the howling 45 MPH wind gusts and sent an email to the Cruisers rescheduling our long run for tomorrow morning. Then I slept in until 8:45! Yay me! My hubby beat me to the elliptical as the wind continued to howl outside, so I waited until this afternoon to get my cardio in.
While on the elliptical I watched an episode of “Love It Or List It” on HGTV (I love anything on HGTV). When doing my cardio inside I need a distraction and that’s the perfect channel.
For dinner I made spaghetti and meatballs with a side of green and yellow beans. Since my long run is tomorrow morning, we are carbo-loading tonight!
