What a greaaaat way to start my day!  I met my BRF Shawn (yes, I have two BRF’s) for a 6:30 AM run, ran/walked with my 7:30 client, trained three more clients, and then lifted weights.  Whew!  Throw in five loads of laundry, and then training my final client of the day at the wellness center, and I’m DONE!  Thank goodness it’s CHIPOTLE THURSDAY!!!

What’s Chipotle Thursday you ask?  Only the best day of the week!  Back when I was still cutting our lawn (it took me four hours), I would squeeze it in between my Thursday morning and evening clients.  I didn’t have the time or the energy to make dinner, so we invented Chipotle Thursday.  Even though I no longer cut the grass (I got smart and hired a service to get me out of the sun), I just can’t give up CT.  That would be like not celebrating the Fourth of July!
