I’m doing a happy dance because snow is on the way! We are expecting 8-12 inches, starting tomorrow around 4 PM, and the local media is excitedly referring to it as “Snowquester.” I’ve reschedule most clients so Wednesday is mostly open, and I’ll have time to enjoy the white stuff! I love running in the snow as long as it’s not dangerous. I’m hoping that it won’t be too deep on Wednesday morning to meet my Running BFF Susan for our Wednesday run. My camera will absolutely be going on my run with me!
I drive about 30 minutes on Mondays to train a client at her house, and if I don’t have another client to rush home to, I love to stop in at Wegman’s (a specialty grocery store) on my return trip. Today I was greeted by sumo mandarin tangerines as soon as I walked in. Those dudes are huge! I bought two and can’t wait to try one tomorrow.
At Wegman’s I bought pecan crusted tilapia and made it for dinner, along with my favorite, roasted asparagus and peppers tossed in a tiny bit of olive oil. The tilapia was pretty good, but I prefer salmon…
- Questions:
- Are you a snow lover like me?
- Do you run in the snow or hit the treadmill?
- Are you lucky enough to have a Wegman’s to shop at?
I LOVE SNOW!!!! I don’t think we’re going to get as much here in the city, but I am still doing my snow dance, just in case. I love running in the snow as long as it’s not too icy. I do have a pair of Yaktrax, though, so I can always throw those on if I need.
I love my YakTrax, too! There have been many runs (not this winter) that I couldn’t have gone on my run outside without them!
