Yesterday’s boot camp didn’t get a name until boot camp was over. Scroll down and you’ll understand why…
This boot camp has a nice combination of total body strengthening exercises and cardio to keep you breathing hard throughout the workout. You should be able to complete it in about 55 minutes, including the warm-up and cool-down.
After boot camp, I stayed and ran three miles on the track while watching the sky change from pre-dawn pinks and purples to this spectacular sunrise.
Additional boot camp workouts can be found on Deb’s Boot Camp Workouts on Pinterest.
- Questions:
- What is your second favorite cardiovascular exercise running? I assume running is your favorite since you’re reading my blog!
- What is your favorite body weight resistance exercise?
- How often do you cross-train?
Love the sunrise photo! Was that with a GoPro? I would have to say running is actually my 3rd favorite (cycling #1, swimming #2, then running). But running was my first love so I always have a place for it in my heart!

Thank you, and yes, I have a GoPro Hero 4 that I shoot with. If you’re on Instagram you can follow me at @debrunsfit. I try to post an interesting GoPro running picture most days.
