Today’s post will be short and sweet – just a quick share of my boot camp workout from yesterday. Please enjoy; and feel free to pin and share!
What started as an idea on a run, has turned into a fun workout that I design and lead each Wednesday at 5:30 AM. I try to focus on a different theme or type of workout each week, and as promised, this week I produced a core focused theme.
For those who can’t make the early morning boot camp, it’s rerun on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00 PM by other runners in our group.
I plan continue to design these workouts and we will continue meeting as long as the weather holds out and I have friends interested in joining me. If you’re interested in checking out any of my previous boot camps, check out Deb’s Boot Camp Workouts on Pinterest.
- Questions:
- What other themes or focus would you like to see?
- What’s your favorite core exercise?
- What core exercises do you love to hate, but know you should do it?
looks like a fun way to mix it up! pinned!

Hope you enjoy the workout when you try it!
I love work outs like that in group class! I am much more likely to actually do it 🙂 I love plank rows 🙂

I have only rarely participated in group exercise classes in the past, but I’m enjoying leading this group! 🙂
